Hoffman Homes for Youth
Hoffman Homes offers a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with 13 other master’s-level therapists. Frequent supervision sessions and weekly department meetings allow for opportunity to discuss cases and new information. Additionally, Hoffman offers free clinical seminars and CEUs through their partnerships with local universities.
The Child & Family Therapists/Psychotherapists provide individual, group, and family therapy for the children in care. They are responsible for assuming leadership of the treatment teams, providing clinical consultation to the direct-service staff, developing treatment plans, running treatment team meetings and maintaining daily documentation. Applicants will be evaluated on clinical skills, leadership and teamwork capacities, as well as experience.
The position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling or a related field. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and have basic computer skills. Pennsylvania Childline, Criminal, and FBI clearances will be processed. Applicants in the final semester of a master’s degree program will be considered.
