The Residential Services Department is accepting applicants for the Night Supervisor position. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of work experience with children. An Associate’s degree (or 60 Credit hours) combined with 3 years of work experience with children is also acceptable. The Night Supervisor position provides direct supervision and training to the 3rd Shift Mental Health Workers. The applicant selected for the Night Supervisor position will focus on and educate MHWs to take a safe and least restrictive therapeutic approach with the children in care. The principles of Safe Crisis Management and Trauma Informed Care must be applied. This position is responsible for maintaining appropriate ratios, addressing scheduling needs and monitoring the overall operations of the residential department during the overnight hours. Documentation and critical thinking skills are essential. The schedule is 4 nights on/ 4 nights off (9:30 PM – 7:30 AM) and includes evening and weekend hours.
