Rebecca, Vice President of Clinical and Residential Programs, is a licensed Social Worker who has been employed with Hoffman Homes for Youth for over 20 years. Rebecca received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University and her Masters Degree of Social Work from Temple University. Rebecca has assumed a number of positions at Hoffman Homes for Youth to include Mental Health Worker, Psychotherapist, Director of Residential Services and currently Vice President of Clinical and Residential Programs.

Dr. Stacy Mae Taylor, Ed.D.Vice President of Educational Services
Stacy began working in the mental/behavioral health field in 2000. After a few years working as a Residential Counselor, she pursued her teaching certification. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, focusing on Emotional/Behavioral Support, she secured a public-school teaching position developing the school’s first emotional support program. She continued to earn her Masters of Education and Principal Certification. She has worked as a special education teacher, 7th grade English Language Arts teacher, Regional Inclusion Consultant, Dean, and Assistant Principal. She recently lived in Alaska for four years and has returned with a wealth of new experience to share. She is working on the doctoral program at Concordia University titled Professional Leadership, Inquiry, and Transformation which she is using to lead the Academy through growth and development into a model program.
