Hoffman Homes is accepting applicants for a part-time Filing Clerk to assist with the filing and organization of medical records. The person in this role must be able to organize and file documents accurately and in a timely manner. A high level of confidentiality must be maintained. The person in this position can expect to be scheduled for about 25 hours per week. There may be some flexibility with scheduling.

Applicants for this position must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Strong organizational skills are required.

Hoffman Homes is currently accepting applicants for the position of Teacher Aide. The TA position assists the teacher during the day-to-day classroom routine. The goal of this position is to help the classroom operate in an organized, efficient and safe manner. Assistance with the supervision of the students is top priority. Additional duties include the maintenance of student records and the implementation of behavior management programs. The TA position follows the school calendar and is eligible for benefits.

Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Education, within the mental health field and/or experience working with children, is desired but not required. Appropriate applicants must have a strong desire to help an at-risk group of children. This position requires the ability to stay active, make good decisions within a busy environment and maintain a calm demeanor while working with an emotional child. Additionally, this position requires strong ethics and accountability. Must be able to complete clear and legible documentation.

Our ferret was the sweetest! Great addition to your program!

Our culinary department invited both children and staff to brighten up the dining hall by leaving their mark and adding colorful handprints next to our mural. Everyone had a fun time with this project, and it turned out amazing! A multitude of handprints, yet each one unique.
